How do I get a password to log into my account?
Each new group member can select "Forgot your password?" at login. This will trigger a password reset email to the user's inbox. From there, the user can set up a password for their new account.
My invoice does not have list of users.
Please reach out to your sales representative for a list of users.
Does the Admin get notified when an invoice becomes available if they're not a user on the account?
Invoices should be sent directly to Admin. If the admin did not receive an invoice, please check all email folders. If nothing is found, please reach out to your sales representative.
