Check Subscription Expiration Date and Status
In order to check your subscription status, log into your Member Profile and select "Purchases" in the header. This will show you the current subscriptions tied to your account, as well as the expiration date of each.
If you select "View Status," you are able to see your subscription.
To check your renewal status, select "Renewal Settings." You can also enroll or un-enroll in auto-renewal here.
Additionally, Receipts are sent via email after each renewal. If you are in need of a receipt for your subscription, please email customerservice@adage.com or contact us toll-free at 1-877-320-1721. Customer Service works Monday through Friday 8 A.M. to 6 P.M. ET.
